Product Review.
I really like Acetyl L-Carnitine. On the days I take it I feel I have more mental energy, better memory (formation and recall, short and long), and am more alert. Furthermore, the effects don?t disappear or backlash at all after the substance has left my body, which shows me that it really supplements, and doesn?t just cause temporary effects. High five!
500 mg are too much for me. I cut a hole in the end of the capsule and take about a fifth at a time. About 150 mg cause smoother and more positive effects for me than 500 mg. Through a little research, I?ve found this to be true for others as well.

I?ve had the worst happen to me and i?ve been pretty down and not had the energy to do anything. I find it better sleeping than getting up to do anything. I just don?t have any energy. In fact, it?s been so bad I had someone follow me home and wouldn?t leave till I told them what was going on because I alarmed them. Would have ordered this through amazon as I had other swanson products in my cart but i decided to check out their website while doing my background research on the company and found the 100caps more cheaper than buying it here. Plus they had a sale.
Nevertheless, All i?ve done the last 3 days is lay in bed. Took this for the first time and it?s like i?m running on batteries. I?ve had the energy to clean up this place, I don?t feel lethargic and indifferent to any activity. I?ve so much energy it?s AMAZING. I haven?t cracked a book open since thursday and now i feel i?m ready to sit at my desk and work on stuff.
These pills are not that big so even for someone who usually chokes on my multivitamins, these went down easy.
I?ve been out to church, the mall, then to ikea and home and then walmart and back home 11+hours after taking this, I?m still energized I can?t believe it.
I love it. I should say the speed with which i received this item from swanson is superb.Ordered this same time i ordered another product from amazon and they both got here in 3days. The containers have a double seal. I?m impressed.

Product Review.
I got this in only 3 days and have begun to use it. First day, only one, then second day I took two. I have noticed a great difference in energy level and I take Nuvigil daily! I think I will be able to wean off the Nuvigil once I get used to this product. I am thrilled beyond belief! It was recommended to me from reading Jacob Teitelbaum?s book ?From Fatigue to Fantastic? on Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. Worth trying for anyone with problems with fatigue and low energy levels!
